FM Cards identify people. Community Cards represent rooms and communities. Blocks give places a fixed Circuit surface.
A host taps a member’s Card at the door, or a guest taps a Block where self-service makes sense. A phone reads each surface, and Circuit resolves what the tap means. Every valid check-in lands on the same attendance record, including one a host takes straight from the guest list. Guests do not need an app to attend or check in.

Set a target and Circuit estimates how many will come, shows the shortfall, and proposes what you can do about it. You review every plan and watch the estimate move as people answer. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
A room can also be listed in the Circuit FM guide and hold FM Spots, so some of the guest list can come from members you have not met.
